Craig Lewis was in the SA Navy for five years, serving as a Lieutenant. He then joined Elvey International, one of SA’s biggest security suppliers, as a sales consultant and technical support. During his five years there, Craig gained invaluable technical knowledge of security systems and their operations as well as client liaison. He then started Rosso Fire and Security Solutions in 2002. Based first from home with one technical team, Rosso soon expanded with offices in Cape Town and Gauteng. Craig manages both branches, overseeing the running of the company and ensuring that client service levels are upheld. He keeps a good rapport with Rosso’s corporate clients and oversees the smooth running of their systems. Craig keeps abreast of new technology so that his clients have the latest products available in South Africa.

Surprise Mdhluli
Sales Director

Surprise Mdhluli has obtained her N6 Electrical Engineering and Practical Training (Light Current), worked for a reputable Cell phone company for 6 years as a Cell phone Technician, Sales Administrator and then Sales Representative. Shortly thereafter she moved on to work for a Cell phone Service Provider for two years as a Front line consultant and as a Store Manager. She joined the security industry in 2008 with Provicom Risk Solutions as a Systems Designer; she was the top Sales Person Nationally after successfully reaching all her yearly targets for two consecutive years. Surprise joined Rosso Technology in September 2010 as the Sales Director. Her duties include Managing Rosso Sales Group Nationally, making sure that targets are met, liaising and servicing clients to their satisfaction. Marketing and new business development
